Air Quality - Ozone Transport Region - Exclusions

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor and the Secretary of the Environment to undertake actions to remove specified counties and metropolitan statistical areas from the Ozone Transport Region; prohibiting the imposition or continuation of specified air quality control measures in portions of the State that are removed from the Region; limiting the authority of the Secretary and the Motor Vehicle Administration to require specified air quality control measures in portions of the State that are removed from the Region; etc.
