Property Tax Exemptions - Privately Owned Public Use Airports
Providing that real property on which a privately owned public use
airport is located is not subject to State property tax under certain
circumstances; authorizing the governing body of a county to include
an approach zone and taxiway as part of an exemption from county
property tax; and providing for the Act to be applicable to taxable
years beginning after June 30, 1996.
