Cecil County - Road Construction Districts

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Cecil County to establish road construction districts if two-thirds of the property owners present a written petition to the County Commissioners; requiring the County Commissioners to provide notice and conduct a public hearing on the petition; requiring the County Commissioners to determine the scope and feasibility of the project; and authorizing the Board of County Commissioners to establish and levy a benefit charge.
