Synopsis:

Repealing obsolete provisions concerning the Office of the Sheriff of Kent County, including a two-person limit on the number of assistant deputy sheriffs that may be appointed, a travel allowance that the Sheriff and Sheriff's deputies receive from the County Commissioners, and the funding of a matron and a cook at the County jail.
