Capping Tuition Increases for Maryland College Students
Limiting, to the rate of inflation for the previous calendar year, the
amount of the annual increase in tuition and mandatory fees that may
be charged each academic year to a resident undergraduate or graduate
student at a public institution of higher education in the State; and
making the Act effective for a period of five years until June 30,
2001.
