Requiring the Circuit Administrative Judge of each judicial circuit to
report to the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals all cases that have
been: (1) argued before the circuit courts or submitted for judgment;
and (2) awaiting a decision or judgment for at least 6 months since
arguments and submission of evidence were completed; establishing
requirements for the reports; and requiring the reports to be made
available to the public.
