Synopsis:

Prohibiting a minor from possessing a bowie knife, dirk knife, metal knuckles, ninja knife or sword, nunchaku, sandclub, star knife, or switchblade; prohibiting the sale, barter, and giving away of these weapons to minors; specifying penalties; etc.
