Senior Institutions of Higher Education - Requirement for Immunizations

Synopsis:

Requiring each senior institution of higher education to require each student to submit records of adequate immunizations before enrolling the student; providing exceptions to this requirement; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland and the Maryland Higher Education Commission, to adopt certain regulations.
