Workers' Compensation - Owner Operator of a Class E (Truck) Vehicle

Synopsis:

Providing that an owner operator of a specified Class E (truck) vehicle who enters into a specified agreement with a motor carrier is not a covered employee for specified purposes of Workers' Compensation Law and is not entitled to compensation from a principal contractor under a specified provision of the Workers' Compensation Law; etc.
