to a claim against the Clients' Security Trust Fund of the Bar of

Fund plus interest; authorizing the trustees of the Fund to bring an
action themselves or by an agent or assignee against the responsible
person for the amount that has not been reimbursed; providing that the
trustees are entitled to a judgment under specified circumstances;
