Family Law - Child Support
Requiring that an order awarding child support remain in effect until
the child marries or attains the age of 18 years; establishing a
specified exception for an unmarried child who is enrolled in at least
4 units of credit in a program at a secondary school, or in an
alternative program at an accredited college or an approved
vocational, technical, or postsecondary school; permitting a court to
modify child support awards as circumstances require; etc.
