Crimes - Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - Penalty

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum term of imprisonment for knowingly and willfully taking a motor vehicle out of the lawful custody, control, or use of the owner without the owner's consent from imprisonment for up to 5 years to imprisonment for up to 15 years.
