Office of Administrative Hearings to hear and issue final decisions in
cases involving denial of increment, grievance, removal, demotion,
unsatisfactory work or conduct report, and suspension, as well as
preliminary hearing cases of suspensions pending removal, as
specified; requiring the Office to issue final decisions on proposed
decisions of arbitrators under specified provisions; repealing notice
requirement for delegations; etc.
