Health Insurance - Prohibiting Use of Genetic Tests

Synopsis:

Prohibiting insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations from using a genetic test to affect health insurance policies or contracts; authorizing the Commissioner to issue a certain order under certain circumstances; etc.
