Alcoholic Beverages - Adult Responsibility

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an adult who is 21 years of age or older from allowing an individual under 21 years of age to actually possess or consume an alcoholic beverage under specified conditions; and clarifying a certain exception to the prohibition.
