Synopsis:

Encouraging local boards of education with assistance from local health departments to set goals to ensure adequate school health services; requiring school nurses to perform specified duties; requiring the establishment of a School Health 2000 Partnership Committee and School Health 2000 Partnership Fund; providing a subtraction modification under certain circumstances for purposes of determining Maryland taxable income; etc.
