Synopsis:

Specifying, in Anne Arundel County, the annual alcoholic beverages license renewal date to be between March 1 and March 31 and procedures and penalties that ensue if a renewal is late; altering special license fees from $10 to $20 per day and from $25 to $50 per day, respectively; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Anne Arundel County.
