Allowing volunteer fire companies in Cecil County to hold casino
nights under specified conditions; requiring a person to have a permit
issued by the Sheriff of Cecil County before holding a casino night;
prohibiting the Sheriff from issuing more than two permits to a single
volunteer fire company in one month; requiring that a volunteer fire
company that holds a casino night to manage, conduct, and operate the
games and gaming devices without professional workers; etc.
