Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights - Administrative Charges

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the institution of an administrative charge against a law enforcement officer unless notice of the charge is provided by personal service to the officer within 1 year after the act that gives rise to the charges comes to the attention of the appropriate law enforcement agency official.
