Establishing a State Board of Cemeteries with specified powers and duties; establishing a State Board of Cemeteries Fund; requiring that a cemetery owner be licensed; establishing qualifications for a specified license and the renewal of the license; authorizing denial, suspension, or revocation of a license and the discipline of specified persons under specified circumstances; establishing a Cemetery Guaranty Fund; defining specified terms; etc.
