Vehicle Laws - Replacement Vehicles - Required Security - Task Force to Examine Liability Insurance on Rental Vehicles

Synopsis:

Authorizing the owner of a certain replacement vehicle to satisfy the insurance requirement for a vehicle by maintaining an excess insurance policy which covers a motor vehicle while it is rented; and requiring the owner of a replacement vehicle which is covered by excess insurance coverage to provide a certain notice on a rental agreement that the owner's coverage is excess only.
