Higher Education - Early Reading Readiness Grant Program
Establishing a Program of Early Reading Readiness Grants to be awarded
to every student who meets specified qualifications, including the
ability to read when the student enters first grade; establishing the
qualifications for receiving a grant; establishing the maximum amount
for each grant awarded under this Program; authorizing the grants to
be used at specified institutions of higher education in the State;
and establishing the duration of each award.
