Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Rehoboth Church of God in Christ Jesus Apostolic, Inc. Day Care Center and Academy

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Rehoboth Church of God in Christ Jesus Apostolic, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation, and equipping of a day care center and an academy for kindergarten through grade eight; and prohibiting the use of the grant or any of the matching funds for sectarian religious purposes.
