Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt in the amount of $400,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Melwood Horticultural Training Center, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and equipping of a new building, together with parking facilities, and other site improvements, for use as a training facility for developmentally disabled individuals, to be located in Prince George's County.
