Creating a State Debt in the amount of $400,000, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the planning, design, construction, and equipping of, and for the provision of capital equipment for an equipment shed to be used by the Urban Search and Rescue Task Force Collapse Rescue Team in Montgomery County.
