Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Wiley H. Bates High School

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, with a matching fund requirement, for a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County for the repair, renovation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and capital equipping, including asbestos removal and other improvements to the infrastructure, of the historic Wiley H. Bates High School, located in Annapolis; and requiring the granting of a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
