Ethics Law - Lobbying Regulation - Exemption of Independent Colleges and Universities

Synopsis:

Exempting certain trustees, administrators, and faculty members of a nonprofit independent college or university of the State from lobbyist regulation provisions when carrying out the individual's official duties, if those duties do not consist primarily of attempting to influence legislative or executive action.
