Vehicle Laws - Vehicle Registration - Political Subdivisions and
State Agencies
Providing that any political subdivision or State agency authorized to
regulate parking may act as the agent of the Motor Vehicle
Administration in the registration of motor vehicles; authorizing a
designated agent of the Administration to collect a $4 fee for each
nonresident permit it issues; and authorizing, under specified
circumstances, the distribution of a portion of a certain vehicle
registration fee to a political subdivision acting as the
Administration's agent.
