Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Maryland Historical Society

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt up to $700,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Maryland Historical Society for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and equipping of the existing facilities and for the planning, design, construction, and equipping of new facilities in Baltimore City; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey to the Maryland Historical Trust a historic easement.
