Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,700,000, with a matching fund
requirement, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of
Anne Arundel County for the costs of laying water lines, together with
all necessary equipment and associated facilities, for the community
of Rose Haven, to be done at the same time that the sewer lines are
laid for this community; and granting to the County Executive and
County Council of Anne Arundel County the authority over and
responsibility for the water system in the community of Rose Haven.
