Lobbyist Solicitation of Contributions - Statewide Offices - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Expanding the prohibition against lobbyists from soliciting or transmitting specified contributions to include the campaigns of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and Comptroller and candidates for election to those offices; and prohibiting specified lobbyists from serving on specified fund-raising or political committees.
