Synopsis:

Adding titles and subtitles to the Insurance Article, to revise, restate, and recodify the laws of the State relating to the Insurance Fraud Division, reciprocal insurers, insurance rating law including prior approval rate making and competitive rating, nonprofit health service plans, preferred provider organizations, the Maryland Group Health Insurance Plan, dental plan organizations, health insurance including required health insurance benefits, the Medicare Supplement Act, claims and utilization review; etc.
