Juveniles - Suspension of Driver's License for Alcoholic Beverages Violations

Synopsis:

Requiring the juvenile court to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to initiate an action to suspend the driver's license of a child in making a disposition on a finding that the child has committed a certain alcoholic beverages code violation; and altering the commencement date for certain suspensions.
