Vehicle Laws - Motorcycle Helmets - Minors

Synopsis:

Applying to minors only the prohibition against operating or riding on a motorcycle unless the minor is wearing protective headgear; and applying to minors only certain evidentiary and procedural standards relating to civil actions.
