Privileges
Establishing a school attendance classification of individuals between
the ages of 15 and 18 years who may not participate in a driver's
education course or apply for or retain a learner's permit,
provisional driver's license, or driver's license; requiring
principals or other administrators to report to county boards of
education and county boards to report to the Motor Vehicle
Administration concerning these individuals; and providing for the
reinstatement of a permit or license.
