Calvert County - Community Services Alternative Sentencing Program

Synopsis:

Establishing a Community Services Alternative Sentencing Program in the Calvert County Department of Public Safety; requiring the Program to administer community service projects for defendants who are convicted of an offense and are referred to the Program by the circuit court or the District Court of Calvert County; and authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County to charge a reasonable fee to defendants who participate in the Program to help defray expenses.
