Prospective Jurors - Motor Vehicle Administration Lists

Synopsis:

Expanding the sources from which the jury commissioner or clerk of the court shall select prospective jurors to include the lists of those individuals at least 18 years old to whom the Motor Vehicle Administration has issued a driver's license or an identification card; requiring the Administration to make available to the jury commissioners or clerks the lists of those individuals at least 18 years old to whom the Administration has issued a driver's license or identification card without cost; etc.
