Child Abuse - Nonsupport of Child - Penalty

Synopsis:

Including nonsupport of a minor child in the definition of child abuse; making it a felony to be found in contempt of court for nonsupport at least three times; and establishing a penalty of imprisonment for not more than 15 years.
