Creating a State Debt not to exceed $900,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Calvert Memorial Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, a wellness facility, expanded maternity center, and operating room, to be located at 100 Hospital Road in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
