Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County to establish, by ordinance, licensing requirements and enforcement standards for persons who tow motor vehicles for compensation in Calvert County; and requiring ordinances to require licensees to provide storage facilities in Calvert County and to tow motor vehicles of Calvert County residents to storage facilities in the county.
