Income Tax - Returns on Withholding - Filing Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring annual filing of returns on withholding of income tax for persons who reasonably expect the total income tax required to be withheld in a calendar year to be less than $250; increasing from $400 to $700 the threshold amount for monthly income tax withholding filings; etc.
