Synopsis:

Repealing specified obsolete references to the Maryland Penitentiary and the warden of the Penitentiary; repealing references to other State correctional institutions; and generally relating to correcting obsolete references to State correctional institutions and clarifying the duties of the Commissioner of Correction.
