Property Tax Exemption - State Energy Facilities

Synopsis:

Providing for an exemption from property tax for property that is actually used exclusively for heating, cooling, or generation or distribution of electricity for property owned and occupied by the State and was not subject to property taxation for the taxable year beginning July 1, 1997; and providing for the Act to be applicable to all taxable years beginning after June 30, 1997.
