Creating a State Debt not to exceed $700,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of Suburban Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the intensive care unit, to be located at 8600 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda.
