Immunity - Good Samaritan - Physician's Assistant

Synopsis:

Granting immunity from any civil suit for damages to a physician's assistant for any act or omission resulting from the rendering of volunteer health care services on behalf of charitable organizations; and including the term "physician's assistant" in the definition of health care provider for the purposes of the Act.
