Synopsis:

Altering the requirement for the collector of property tax in Kent County to publish notice of a sale of the property at public auction once a week for 3 consecutive weeks instead of once a week for 4 consecutive weeks; altering the amount of an auctioneer's fees for a sale of property at public auction in Kent County to an amount not exceeding $7.50; etc.
