Synopsis:

Authorizing specified officers of the Patuxent Institution and adult correctional facilities, on the recommendation of a health care provider, to authorize medical treatment of a juvenile inmate under specified circumstances; specifying that liability may not attach to specified officers of these facilities for authorizing medically necessary treatment of a juvenile inmate under specified circumstances; defining a specified term; etc.
