Property Tax - Tax Sales - De Minimis Tax

Synopsis:

Increasing from $15 to $100 the de minimis amount of taxes that may be owed on property for purposes of a provision allowing a property tax collector to withhold property from tax sale when the total taxes on the property amount to less than the de minimis amount.
