Synopsis:

Repealing from the Public Local Laws of Garrett County specified provisions relating to property taxes, including provisions concerning the collection of delinquent taxes, sale of property and its disposition following a tax sale, and the operation of the County Treasurer's Office; authorizing the Garrett County Commissioners to set by resolution the date and time of a tax sale; specifying publication requirements pertaining to delinquent taxes in Garrett County; etc.
