Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Hadley's Park

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Hadley's Park, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for Hadley's Park, in Potomac, Maryland, a park that is completely handicapped accessible, where children with or without disabilities can play together.
